Privacy and Credit Card Information
To the best of our ability, Jenks Industrial protects your personal and private information. We will not share or sell your information to any private or public entity, groups or individual(s).
When a purchase transaction is conducted on our site your Credit/Debit Payment Card information is sent encrypted directly from the shopping cart to the Card Processor; where your information is held. Once the credit is verified the credit card processor transmits to Jenks Industrial a token (file number) for our use on this sole and unique transaction. At the appropriate time, we sent the token back to the Card Processor where your card is charged. If the return of funds or credit is to be issued to you for whatever reason, we send the token back to the Card Processor with the amount to be returned. The Card Processor, in turn, return the funds to your account. At no time does Jenks Industrial have access to your account number.
During a transaction or purchase on the Jenks Industrial website, you will provide your name, email address, ship to address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, updated you on your orders progress and to customize your shopping experience. We protected your information as well as our own information on secure servers using encryption techniques and firewall technology. Given the current state of aggressive hacking by individuals and State Actors, Jenks Industrial would be less than honest to state that we 100% guaranty that collectively we will not suffer at the illegal actions others; as so many others have recently. What we are stating that we will not share or sell your data to others, we do not hold your Credit/Debit Card in any fashion and we will protect your personal information the best of our ability.

Pricing
Jenks Industrial products and services are priced exclusively in U.S. Dollars. Taxes are added when applicable. In particular, all sales within the District of Columbia are charged at the District Sales Tax Tate at the time of shipment and or pickup.
If a product price is posted incorrectly because of typographical (fat fingered) or any other error in pricing, we reserve the right to cancel that order(s). Cancellation can take at any time before the product is shipped including if the order has been confirmed by Jenks Industrial and or your credit card or account charged. If your credit card or payment account has already been charged the refund will be for the amount your card was charged
Taxes
Jenks Inc. dba Jenks Industrial will charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state, District or Territory and US Territories. For orders shipped to other states and US Territories, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
Orders and Acceptance
When placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the indicated products in accordance with these Terms of Use including these Terms of Sale. We only sell and deliver in 48 continuous states. (the lower 48).
Jenks Inc. dba Jenks Industrial will not accept on offer to purchase where the ship to Address and Zip Code do not exactly match the users Credit Card Address and Zip Code as checked by the Card Processor. We apologize for any inconvenience this rule may cause. This is a contractual agreement with Card Processor agreed to by us to provide to our user’s true value pricing. The rule is non-negotiable and cannot be changed by anyone within Jenks Industrial.
When the shipment of the products occurs, this establishes acceptance of your offer/order by Jenks Industrial.
All orders are subject to availability of product which can change suddenly.
Jenks Industrial reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item that may be purchased at any one time.
If we do not accept your offer and your credit card or payment account has already been charged for a purchase Jenks Industrial will issue a credit to your credit card or payment account for the amount tendered to us.
These terms and conditions supersede any prior considerations, written or oral statements with Jenks Industrial and are the only agreement regarding this transaction.
Shipping Policy
Orders received before 12:00PM (noon) will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock.
Orders received after 12:00 PM (noon) will ship the next business day. Generally, orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
WS Jenks a does not ship to international address and we only ship to Freight Forwarder addresses at the behest of the US Government and Agencies.
The ship and delivery dates provided on the on the WS Jenks website are only estimates. These estimates are subject to change based on weather, world events and whim of carriers and their drivers. We are not responsible for delays.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Please judge any shipping or transportation time offered by Jenks Industrial as an educated guess. The best course of action is to order within a reasonable time frame to avoid delays caused by carriers and their drivers.
Indemnification Miss Use Of Account
If you register with on Jenks Industrial Website, it is your responsibility for preserving the privacy of your password and account, and for all activities that occur under your account. To the fullest extent permitted by law you are agreeing to indemnify, and hold Jenks Inc harmless from all liabilities and due to us incurred by us or our partner vendors and employees due to your breach of these Terms of Use or from your account. You further agree not to settle any legal action resulting from such a breach without our written consent.
Arbitration and Choice of Law
Jenks Inc dba Jenks Industrial and its Sales distribution channels controls and manages this website from its facilities in the District of Columbia. Availability of Product on this Website may differ based on local and state law.
Please note that any claim or dispute due to the use of content or product and services you may or may not purchase on this website will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court. The sole exception is claimed made in small claims court if your claims qualify. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to this Agreement. Arbitration will be conducted confidentially by a single arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, we each waive any right to a jury trial. We also both agree that you or Jenks Inc may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or another misuse of intellectual property rights. The user or claimant and Jenks Inc irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in District of Columbia regarding any and all litigation. We, both you and Jenks Inc dba Jenks Industrial waive any objection based on lack of personal jurisdiction, place of residence, improper venue or forum non-convenient in any such action.
Products on this website may be not available in the District of Columbia or any other location where the applicable State, Local of Territorial laws forbid or the restraints the sale of a particular product. If you can view such products in your area Jenks Industrial makes no representation that the products, programs are legal, available or should they be used in your State, Local of Territorial. (Example is paints and stains cleaning fluids and other similar products due to environmental concerns.)
