Orders and Acceptance
When placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the indicated products in accordance with the posted Terms of Use including these Terms of SaleWe only sell and deliver in 48 continuous states. (the lower 48).
Jenks Inc. dba Jenks Industrial will not accept on offer to purchase where the ship to Address and Zip Code does not exactly match the users Credit Card Address and Zip Code as checked by the Card Processor. We apologize for any inconvenience this rule may cause. This is a contractual agreement with Card Processor agreed to by us to provide to our user’s true value pricing. The rule is non-negotiable and cannot be changed by anyone within Jenks Industrial.
When the shipment of the products occurs, this establishes acceptance of your offer/order by Jenks Industrial.
All orders are subject to availability of product which can change suddenly.
Jenks Industrial reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item that may be purchased at any one time.
If we do not accept your offer and your credit card or payment account has already been charged for a purchase then Jenks Industrial will issue a credit to your credit card or payment account for the amount tendered to us.
These terms and conditions supersede any prior considerations, written or oral statements with Jenks Industrial and are the only agreement regarding this transaction.
Shipping Policy
Orders that ship via a package service with a value over $75.00 in most cases will ship freight free. Package Service is provided by FedEx, USPS.
Items that ship LTL (Less than Truck Load) at priced on the delivery point location. We highly suggest you simply call us @ 202-290-5762 for a freight estimate.
Jenks Industrial warehouses and ships from 9 locations is the USA. including our main location in the Washington DC.
Orders received before 12:00PM EST (noon) will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock.
Orders received after 12:00PM EST (noon) will ship the next business day. Generally, orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.
WS Jenks a does not ship to international address and we only ship to Freight Forwarder addresses at the behest of the US Government and Agencies.
The ship and delivery dates provided on the on the WS Jenks website are only estimates. These estimates are subject to change based on weather, world events and whim of carriers and their drivers. We are not responsible for delays.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Please judge any shipping or transportation time offered by Jenks Industrial as an educated guess. The best course of action is to order within a reasonable time frame to avoid delays caused by carriers and their drivers.
Pricing
Jenks Industrial products and services are priced exclusively in U.S. Dollars. Taxes are added when applicable. In particular, all sales within the District of Columbia are charged at the District Sales Tax Tate at the time of shipment and or pickup.
If a product price is posted incorrectly because of typographical (fat fingered) or any other error in pricing, we reserve the right to cancel that order(s). Cancellation can take at any time before the product is shipped including if the order has been confirmed by Jenks Industrial and or your credit card or account has been charged. If your credit card or payment account has already been charged the refund will be for the amount your credit card or account was charged
Taxes
Jenks Inc. dba Jenks Industrial will charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state, District or Territory and US Territories. For orders shipped to other states and US Territories, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
