Return Policy for items which are Damage, Defects or Incorrectly shipped

Please examine your shipment upon arrival. Inspect for damage to the package, defects of the product and accuracy of items shipped. If the shipment is damaged, items are defective or incorrectly shipped WS Jenks will replace, and at no charge. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.. A pre-paid shipping label will be emailed for the return of the merchandise. If you do receive the wrong merchandise it is incumbent upon the buyer to return the incorrect merchandise to WS Jenks & Son in a re-sellable and undamaged condition.

Merchandise that is shipped via LTL (less than truck load) must be inspected at time of delivery for viable damage to the shipment. Please note all damage on both the Drivers and Receivers BOL (bill of lading).  Please report the damage to service@wsjenks.com and contact the Common Carrier as required by Terms of Service generally found on the back of the Common Carriers BOL.  For all LT issues please contact us at eCommerce@WSJenks.com 

 

Return Policy for all items which were not Damage, Defects or Incorrectly shipped

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (exception: tools may only be returned in unused conditions for store credit).  Notify us by e-mail at eCommerce@WSJenks.com of your request to return for refund.  WS Jenks & Son will issue you a return authorization number (RMA) and label.   Please only return to the address on the label do not return the item to the original address. 

Items must be returned in a re-sellable and undamaged condition within 30 days. Full Refund will be issued upon receipt of the merchandise by Jenks Inc dba Jenks Industrial ,  Orders that are refused at time of delivery will not be credited until the merchandise is returned to WS Jenks & Son.

An item that is not in its original condition or is missing parts will be subject to a restocking fee up to 35% of the item's price.

There are no Refunds or exchanges for items in the categories below.

•    Large orders of a single item

•    Items that require Special Delivery

•    Wood or Metal Working Machinery
